Schedule Mediation
To schedule a virtual mediation, please use the calendar below. Mediation Fees & Policies
Mediation Fees:
Full Day (mediation time + prep, conferences & follow-up)$9,500
Half Day (up to 4 hours of mediation time + prep, conferences & follow-up)$5,000
Payment: Full payment is due at booking and must be received no later than 30 days before the mediation date. Unpaid matters may be removed from calendar.
Administrative Fee: A non-refundable $750 fee per separately represented party is included in the total and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus the $750 administrative fee per party.
- Mediations rescheduled more than 21 days in advance will not incur any additional fees.
- Cancellations or rescheduled mediations made 21 days or less in advance will not be eligible for a refund unless the date is filled by another matter.
Please only reserve a date if you are certain the mediation will proceed. Counsel, not their clients, are responsible for contracting and paying all fees.
